Reduce Traditional Building Costs
There is a company that I have been working with called RediPour that has a very interesting system to build site retaining walls and buildings that has been really reducing the cost of projects, I would check them out as your project might be a perfect fit.
They have worked on several projects I have designed and have been able to reduce traditional building costs as they do most of the work in a factory off site and just do the assembly on site. It is prefab but custom design, check it out.
Wonderful Application
It has been a wonderful application, seemed to be done very efficiently, was able to make changes on the fly to adjust height and size to accommodate changes in excavation plans.
